Covid Safety in the Plumbing Industry

The safety and wellbeing of all of our clients, staff and the community remains our top priority during this challenging time. 
 
We wanted to let you know that we are a COVID Safe business that is doing all we can to make sure we keep everyone we come into contact with safe.

We're continuing a range of necessary measures to ensure the ongoing health and safety of you – our loyal clients and our team members.

What are we doing to ensure your safety:

• Clean tools and trucks with disinfectant before and after use.
• Compulsory use of face masks, gloves while working inside of your home.
• Practice social distancing where possible.
• Temperature check all employees each day. 
• One technician one truck, we ride solo to all jobs minimising the amount of confined contact with each other.
• If we don’t need to come inside your home we can troubleshoot issues over the phone (this is done with a 30 min call upon approach).
